Our Team
Literally, from our family to yours - that is how we operate. Here is our team:

Svetlana Stepanova
Creative Director USA

Svetlana was born and raised in Russia; graduated from college (graduate and undergraduate) in USA. She holds an MBA from The George Washington University where she specialized in small business management and entrepreneurship. She has 10 years of experience translating and interpreting while working with adoption agencies, religious foundations and individuals nationwide. She has coached seminars on Russian Business Culture to Exxon-Mobil engineers. She has taught English in Russia to children and Russian in US to college students and to the diplomats at the National Foreign Service Institute.

Dina Stepanova
Creative Director Russia

Dina was born and lives in Izhevsk, Russia. She has over 17 years of teaching experience and currently is an English language teacher at a local lyceum. Dina holds master’s degree in English language and literature and a Translator Certificate. She has also attended language training in England. She has been working with adoption agencies for the past three years. One of Dina’s best assets is being able to work fast; in most cases, she will be able to translate for you within 24 hours. Rest assured: it will also be a quality translation.

  Ksenia Perevozchikova
Assistant, Russia

Ksenia is Dina’s daughter and currently is a second year college student specializing in Linguistics. She is studying to be an interpreter and translator. As we say – it runs in the family. Although with no professional experience behind her, Ksenia has finished five years of language summer courses in England and has traveled to US. She is also an English tutor to kids. She is truly fond of English language and knows a lot more about its pop-culture than any of us, so she can always fill us in when it comes to lifestyle vocabulary. She is also a diligent student and a great help in our business.

We give our special thanks to our Advisor, Elizabeth Stepanova, our mother. She has over 35 years of pedagogical experience and is an English Professor in technical and environmental studies and definitely is a “lingo guru.” She supports our professional efforts both, through her expert advice and through mother’s love and care.
